What Bria is
Bria is a 'softphone' app that turns your mobile or computer into one of your business phone extensions, so you can make and take work calls anywhere.
Install and sign in
Download Bria on your device, then enter the account details we've supplied. Once signed in, it registers as one of your extensions.
Making calls
Dial from the app's keypad or your contacts. Calls show your business number, not your personal one — handy when working away from the shop.
Tips
Allow microphone and notification permissions so calls come through. On mobile, leaving it running in the background lets you receive calls. Stuck? Call us.
