Accessing your voicemails

Listen to, manage and set up voicemail on your VoIP phone.

Dial your voicemail

Press the voicemail/message button on the handset, or dial the voicemail access number we gave you. Enter your PIN when prompted.

Follow the spoken menu to play new messages, replay, save or delete them. You can usually skip back and forth while listening.

We can set your system to email you a copy of each voicemail, so you can pick them up on the move. Just ask us to switch it on.

From the voicemail menu you can record a personal greeting — handy for opening hours or holiday messages.
