For your security, bank changes are confirmed with you directly. Raise a support ticket or call 0191 432 6588 and we'll verify and update it.

If your trading name or company details change, let us know — we'll update your account and make sure your statements and receipts stay correct.

We'll never ask for your full card number or PIN. If a message about your details looks off, call us on the number above before acting on it.
