The essentials for running day-to-day sales on EposNow.
Logging in
Tap your operator button or enter your PIN to log in. Each member of staff can have their own login so sales are tracked per person.
Ringing up a sale
Select products from the till layout to build the order, then press Pay. Pick the payment type — card payments pass to your linked terminal automatically.
Refunds and corrections
Use the Refund option to return an item, and the void/correction buttons to remove a mistake before paying. Refunds may need a manager login.
End of day
Run the Z-report (end-of-day report) to total your takings and balance the till. Cash up against it before closing.
